Being a laid back, calm down to earth person that is easy to get along with 

Self-motivated, efficient and understanding 

Also very observant in the fact that observations are made before interacting with individuals  

So an evaluation is made to get a sense of those individuals before I engage in conversation 

At times I can be a bit too honest in the sense that if someone asks for an honest opinion 

I will be totally honest, whether if it's good or bad and as a result, individuals get offended based on my response
